AI Governance Program Manager

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time AI Governance Program Manager will manage AI governance workflows, support backlog remediation activities, and ensure high-quality documentation and audit readiness across AI submissions.

Key responsibilities

• Execute AI governance workflows, including validation, documentation checks, and review coordination
• Support backlog remediation by identifying and processing AI solutions requiring governance review
• Prepare executive-ready summaries and maintain structured tracking of AI governance and remediation status

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 2+ years of experience in program or project management related to operations, governance, compliance, or technology initiatives
• Experience managing complex or higher-volume programs or operational initiatives
• Understanding of documentation standards, audit readiness, and compliance in regulated environments
• Ability to produce executive quality reports and collaborate with senior stakeholders across various teams
