AI Governance Program Manager

Job Summary

Managing the day-to-day operations of the AI Governance Operating Model, the full-time AI Governance Program Manager will coordinate AI request intake, facilitate cross-functional reviews, and ensure compliance with governance processes in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end AI governance intake and facilitate committee approvals while documenting decisions
• Continuously improve governance tools and documentation based on stakeholder feedback
• Track and report on AI governance KPIs, preparing insights for executive audiences

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong program management experience with cross-functional initiative capabilities
• Working knowledge of AI technologies and governance frameworks
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to create executive-ready materials
• Experience with continuous improvement initiatives such as DBS/Lean/Kaizen preferred
