AI Governance Project Manager

Job Summary

To support the responsible application of AI in HR, the full-time remote AI Governance Project Manager will manage the development of guidelines, coordinate cross-functional engagement, and oversee governance related to HR data in AI-enabled tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop guidelines for responsible HR use of AI, including acceptable use cases
• Partner with stakeholders to translate policy principles into actionable guidance for HR teams
• Coordinate engagement with worker councils regarding AI and Robotics & Automation strategy

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in a related field preferred
• 8+ years of experience in HR transformation, governance, compliance, or enterprise program management
• Strong understanding of AI governance and data-related risk considerations
• Experience managing cross-functional projects in complex decision-making environments
• Familiarity with works councils or employee consultation processes
