AI Governance Technology Engineer

Job Summary

Recognized as the internal expert on enterprise AI governance infrastructure, the full-time remote AI Governance Technology Engineer will own the technical architecture, drive complex engineering decisions, and set standards for governance tools and workflows while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end technical architecture of the AI Governance Operating System, defining standards for intake pipelines and compliance monitoring automation
• Lead the engineering of agentic workflows that automate governance at scale, addressing complex design challenges
• Deliver the technical architecture for governance analytics, designing dashboards and data pipelines for comprehensive insights into AI adoption and compliance

Required qualifications

• 5-8 years in technical roles with expertise in enterprise platform engineering, AI/ML infrastructure, or governance technology
• Hands-on experience designing and delivering enterprise automation, including API-based integration platforms and policy enforcement systems
• Expert-level command of enterprise API integration architecture and advanced SQL/data modeling expertise
• Proven ability to solve complex technical problems and design governance automation frameworks
• Deep knowledge of enterprise AI platforms such as Claude Enterprise and Microsoft Copilot
