Hands-on and execution-focused, the full-time AI Growth Marketing Manager will launch and optimize paid acquisition campaigns, build AI-powered workflows, and analyze funnel performance in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Launch, run, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across various channels without handoffs
• Build AI-powered workflows for tasks like copy generation and audience segmentation
• Analyze funnel performance and act on insights proactively

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in performance, growth, or demand generation marketing
• Proficiency in using AI tools for marketing tasks such as copywriting and analysis
• Experience launching and optimizing paid campaigns independently
• Strong analytical skills with a comfort level in attribution and funnel metrics
• Familiarity with programmatic/ABM tools like 6sense or Demandbase
