Job Summary

Hands-on and experienced, the AI Native Growth Marketing Manager will launch, run, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns while utilizing AI tools to enhance workflows and generate pipeline, all in a remote, contracted-to-full-time capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Launch and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across various platforms, including LinkedIn and Google, without handoffs
• Build AI-powered workflows to automate tasks such as copy generation and audience segmentation
• Analyze funnel performance and derive actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in performance, growth, or demand generation marketing
• Proficient in using AI tools for daily marketing tasks, including copywriting and analytics
• Experience launching and optimizing paid campaigns independently
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on attribution and funnel metrics
• Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken
