Job Summary

Hands-on and experienced, the AI Native Growth Marketing Manager will launch and optimize paid acquisition campaigns, build AI-powered workflows, and generate pipeline from targeted account lists in a remote, contracted to full-time role.

Key responsibilities

• Launch, run, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across various channels without handoffs
• Build AI-powered workflows to automate tasks such as copy generation and audience segmentation
• Analyze funnel performance and generate actionable insights to improve marketing strategies

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in performance, growth, or demand generation marketing
• Proficient in using AI tools for tasks like copywriting and data analysis
• Experience launching and optimizing paid campaigns independently
• Strong analytical skills with a comfort level in attribution and funnel metrics
• Familiarity with programmatic and ABM tools such as 6sense or Demandbase
