Job Summary

Hands-on and execution-focused, the contracted-to-full-time AI Native Growth Marketing Manager will launch and optimize paid acquisition campaigns, build AI-powered workflows, and generate pipeline from targeted account lists while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Launch, run, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across various channels without handoffs
• Build AI-powered workflows for tasks such as copy generation and audience segmentation
• Analyze funnel performance and act on insights proactively

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in performance, growth, or demand generation marketing
• Proven ability to launch and optimize paid campaigns independently
• Strong analytical skills with comfort in attribution and funnel metrics
• Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken
• Experience with programmatic or ABM tools like 6sense or Demandbase
