AI GTM Architect

Job Summary

Designing and scaling AI-driven workflows, the full-time remote AI GTM Architect will translate go-to-market strategy into actionable automation, optimize seller engagement, and enhance data-driven decision-making across revenue operations.

Key responsibilities

• Translate GTM strategy into scalable workflows and plays within Outreach, ensuring alignment between leadership priorities and field execution
• Design AI agent workflows for personalized outreach and integrate them into seller processes, including lead prioritization and automated follow-ups
• Own the execution architecture of Outreach, defining how data and AI decision-making drive actions and ensuring workflows are scalable and integrated

Required qualifications

• 7+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, GTM Strategy, or a similar role
• Deep understanding of prospecting and customer engagement strategies
• Hands-on experience with Outreach or a comparable sales engagement platform
• Experience building or optimizing GTM processes at scale
• Working knowledge of AI in sales and marketing, including LLMs and automation
