AI GTM Developer

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the AI GTM Developer will design and build internal applications and AI-powered products to enhance the effectiveness of Solutions Engineering, Sales, and Marketing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop internal applications that improve team operations through AI-powered solutions
• Collaborate with GTM leaders to identify business challenges and prototype software solutions
• Own and maintain a portfolio of internal AI products, continuously improving functionality based on user feedback

Required qualifications

• 2-6+ years of experience in software engineering, computer science, or application development
• Experience in building and shipping full-stack applications
• Strong programming fundamentals and software architecture skills
• Hands-on experience using AI coding assistants in development workflows
• Ability to independently scope, architect, build, and deliver projects with minimal oversight
