AI GTM Specialist
Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time AI GTM Specialist will engage with business leaders to identify workflow improvements, develop ROI-driven business cases, and execute strategic advisory plans while leveraging Google Workspace and Gemini Enterprise to drive AI adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with LOB leaders to map manual workflows to autonomous Gemini Agent capabilities and conduct "Agentic Audits.
- Lead the development of board-ready Business Cases, establishing ROI Value Metrics and defining KPIs for AI usage
- Quarterback the Mutual Evaluation Plan process, showcasing Gemini Enterprise features in real-world business scenarios
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in management consulting or strategic sales, with a focus on SaaS or AI transformation
- Deep understanding of Google Workspace, Gemini Enterprise, and the Agent Developer Kit (ADK)
- Mastery of TCO/ROI modeling and ability to articulate technical benefits to C-Level stakeholders
- Proven experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM) and structured evaluation processes
- Exceptional discovery skills to uncover the underlying reasons behind business processes
