AI Harness Engineer

Job Summary

Working in a hybrid environment, the contract AI Titanium Agentic Harness Engineer will design and implement AI-driven development systems, focusing on architecting structured agent frameworks and integrating AI coding agents into enterprise workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement structured agent harnesses and orchestration frameworks for AI coding agents
• Develop and enforce architectural constraints and guardrails to ensure reliable operation across enterprise codebases
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate AI-driven development workflows into CI/CD pipelines

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering fundamentals, including architecture and CI/CD pipelines
• 1+ year of hands-on experience with AI coding agents in real-world development environments
• 1+ year of experience with agent orchestration or tool-use patterns
