Job Summary

Leading the delivery of AI-driven HR transformation programs, the remote contractor AI Native HR Transformation Executive will oversee end-to-end execution, ensuring alignment and value realization while integrating human and AI workforces across global organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI-driven HR transformation programs, ensuring accountability for execution and outcomes
• Design and activate AI-native HR operating models, integrating human and agentic AI processes
• Establish and lead governance structures to drive effective decision-making and ensure delivery excellence

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in HR transformation and service delivery initiatives
• Proven experience delivering large-scale, enterprise HR transformation programs from mobilization through go-live
• Hands-on expertise with ServiceNow HRSD implementations in complex environments
• Demonstrated experience in AI for HR or digital HR transformation initiatives
