AI Identity Engineer

Job Summary

To enhance identity modernization initiatives, the remote temporary AI Identity Engineer will apply AI and machine learning to develop adaptive identity workflows, focusing on identity proofing, entitlement management, and integrating AI-based features into the IAM framework.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expertise across IAM domains, including authentication, authorization, and identity lifecycle management
• Design and implement secure, scalable IAM solutions while driving the adoption of authentication and authorization architectures
• Lead technical discovery for IAM challenges, translating strategies into actionable designs and ensuring adherence to security policies

Required Qualifications:

• Experience applying AI/ML techniques within identity and access management
• Hands-on familiarity with Okta's platform capabilities and knowledge of entitlement management principles
• Strong foundation in Information Security and experience with IAM solutions in enterprise environments
• Expertise in IAM protocols and standards, including SAML, SCIM, and OAuth
• Proficiency in cloud environments, particularly Microsoft Azure and AWS, with experience in IAM integration
