Job Summary
Driving the advancement of AI Identity and Access Management capabilities, the full-time Consulting Director will lead the design and implementation of AI-driven identity governance, automation, and user experience improvements, while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of AI Agent Identity Governance, ensuring secure identity management and compliance
- Drive the adoption of AI-powered IAM capabilities, optimizing access decisioning and lifecycle workflows
- Enhance end-user experience through AI-driven solutions, reducing friction while maintaining security controls
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years in Identity & Access Management, Security Architecture, or related domain
- Demonstrated experience with IAM platforms such as Okta, SailPoint, or CyberArk
- Experience with automation, orchestration, or AI-enabled solutions within security or IT operations
- Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management and authentication/authorization frameworks
- Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on across architecture and execution
