AI Implementation Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI Implementation Analyst who will assess, standardize, and implement AI tools and workflows within a real estate development environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess current AI usage across the IT team, including tools, workflows, and use cases
• Identify data sources and evaluate associated risks and gaps
• Define and implement a formal AI usage framework and establish best practices for connecting AI tools to enterprise data sources

Required Qualifications

• 3-7+ years of experience in IT, systems analysis, data, or technical operations
• Hands-on experience using multiple AI/LLM platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, Gemini)
• Strong understanding of applying AI tools to real-world analysis and business decision support
• Experience working with data sources such as data warehouses, BI tools, or enterprise systems
• Demonstrated ability to implement tools, workflows, and standards in a team environment
