Job Summary
To support AI tool development for Customer Support teams, the full-time AI Implementation Program Manager will manage the lifecycle of AI skills and tools, overseeing their creation, implementation, and governance in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and develop high-value AI workflows
- Define and manage the AI tools submission lifecycle, including governance processes and evaluation frameworks
