AI Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the AI Implementation Specialist will identify and implement practical AI solutions to enhance business operations, collaborating with stakeholders to improve workflows and decision-making processes.

Key responsibilities:

• Work directly with business teams to understand workflows and identify AI-driven improvement opportunities
• Translate business needs into practical AI use cases and prototype implementation approaches
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing tools and processes

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in STEM or a related field
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with AI, machine learning, or data-driven solutions
• Solid understanding of generative AI applications and machine learning lifecycles
• Experience with modern AI platforms or tools for creating AI assistants and workflow automation
• Ability to communicate technical AI concepts to non-technical audiences
