AI Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

Executing hands-on AI implementation activities for small business law firm clients, the full-time AI Implementation Specialist will configure AI tools, build automations, and ensure reliable AI deployments while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and deploy AI tools as specified in engagement plans
• Build, test, and document automations and AI-assisted workflows using various platforms
• Conduct technical environment setup, including tenant configuration and integration testing

Required Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of hands-on experience in a technical implementation, IT support, or automation engineering role
• Demonstrated ability to configure and integrate SaaS tools, particularly in M365/Google Workspace environments
• Proficiency with at least one automation platform (e.g., Make, Zapier, Power Automate)
• Familiarity with AI/LLM-based tools and their configuration in a business context
• Strong documentation skills, capable of producing clear SOPs and implementation logs
