AI Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

Serving as the internal AI champion, the full-time salaried AI Implementation Specialist will identify, design, and deploy AI-driven solutions to optimize internal workflows and enhance operational efficiency in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct business process and needs analysis to identify areas for AI optimization and translate business objectives into technical execution plans
• Design and execute product specifications, ensuring that solutions are intuitive, scalable, and aligned with key business performance metrics
• Oversee the implementation of AI tools, actively exploring and benchmarking various AI-assisted development environments for efficiency and security

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in business analysis, operations management, or product management
• Hands-on experience with app-building environments like Base44, Replit Agent, or similar rapid-prototyping tools
• Strong understanding of modern software components, including APIs, databases, and webhooks
• Exceptional fluency in natural language programming and agentic workflows
• Solid grasp of product design and user experience fundamentals
