Job Summary

Seeking a full-time salaried AI Implementation Specialist, this remote position will identify, design, and deploy AI-driven solutions to optimize internal workflows and enhance operational efficiency across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct business process and needs analysis to identify areas for AI optimization and translate business objectives into technical execution plans
• Design user journeys and application architecture for new tools, ensuring solutions are intuitive and scalable while tracking key performance metrics
• Lead AI implementation by guiding code generation, exploring various AI-assisted development tools, and managing the rapid prototyping lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in autonomous app building using platforms like Base44 and Replit Agent
• Strong technical literacy, including understanding of APIs, databases, and software components
• Experience in Business Analysis, Operations Management, or Product Management with a strategic approach to technology
• Solid grasp of product design and user experience fundamentals for building effective internal tools
• Resourceful and curious mindset with a passion for exploring emerging AI frameworks and platforms
