AI Information Architect

Job Summary

Designing intuitive knowledge systems, the full-time AI Information Architect will manage information architecture deliverables, lead AI content design strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer self-service support in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain user-centered information architecture deliverables, including user flows and content models
• Lead AI content design and generation strategies, conducting user research and content audits to align with customer needs
• Collaborate with designers and content strategists to ensure cohesive user experiences and optimize information architecture through testing and analytics

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Architecture, Technical Writing, UX Design, Content Strategy, or related field, or 3-5 years equivalent experience
• Solid knowledge of information architecture principles, including navigation patterns and content modeling
• Experience with AI content generation tools and understanding of content performance in AI-powered systems
• Ability to translate complex information structures into clear documentation for diverse stakeholders
• Experience in customer support environments or with knowledge management tools
