Job Summary

Working remotely in the EU, the full-time AI Infrastructure Operations Engineer will monitor and support production AI infrastructure platforms, ensuring their availability and performance while collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor, operate, and support production AI infrastructure platforms
• Investigate and resolve infrastructure, networking, hardware, and platform-related incidents
• Collaborate with engineering teams and vendors to enhance operational processes and documentation

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in infrastructure operations, platform operations, or related technical roles
• Strong Linux administration and troubleshooting skills
• Working knowledge of Kubernetes in production environments
• Good understanding of networking concepts and experience diagnosing infrastructure-related issues
• Experience supporting production infrastructure and services
