AI Infrastructure Operations Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the AI Infrastructure Operations Engineer will monitor and support production AI infrastructure platforms while investigating and resolving incidents related to infrastructure, networking, and hardware.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor, operate, and support production AI infrastructure platforms
• Investigate and resolve infrastructure, networking, hardware, and platform-related incidents
• Collaborate with engineering teams and vendors to address technical issues and improve operational processes

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in infrastructure, platform, or network operations
• Strong Linux administration and troubleshooting skills
• Working knowledge of Kubernetes in production environments
• Experience supporting production infrastructure and services
• Good understanding of networking concepts and infrastructure diagnostics
