AI Infrastructure Operations Engineer

Job Summary

To support the European AI Infrastructure & Platform Operations team, the full-time AI Infrastructure Operations Engineer will monitor, operate, and support production AI infrastructure platforms, ensuring their availability and performance in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor, operate, and support production AI infrastructure platforms powered by NVIDIA GPUs and Kubernetes
• Investigate and resolve incidents related to infrastructure, networking, and platform services
• Collaborate with engineering teams and vendors to enhance operational processes and contribute to incident response activities

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in infrastructure or platform operations, network operations, or related technical roles
• Strong Linux administration and troubleshooting skills
• Working knowledge of Kubernetes in production environments
• Good understanding of networking concepts and experience diagnosing infrastructure-related issues
• Experience supporting production infrastructure and services
