Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI Innovation Lead to embed practical AI processes across various functions.

Key Responsibilities

Design and deploy mini assistants, copilots, reusable AI personas, and workflow automations
Evaluate workflows for automation potential and improve execution speed and quality through AI
Integrate AI into team planning and execution, and train teams on new AI workflows

Required Qualifications

2-6 years of experience in consulting, business operations, product ops, or similar roles
Hands-on experience applying AI to real workflows
Experience building assistants, copilots, or lightweight agents
Strong ability to translate ambiguous opportunities into actionable solutions
Comfortable working across functions in fast-moving environments
