Job Summary

Seeking an AI Innovation Lead to work full-time remotely, this role will manage the identification and execution of high-impact AI opportunities in healthcare, focusing on transforming business strategies through innovative AI solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the discovery, prioritization, and execution of AI initiatives to deliver measurable business value
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on AI opportunities and operational adoption
• Measure and evaluate the impact of AI implementations, transitioning successful pilots into scalable solutions

Required qualifications

• 6-10 years of experience in product management, AI product strategy, or digital transformation
• 2+ years of experience with Generative AI, AI agents, or applied AI products
• Strong ability to translate business challenges into AI product opportunities and scalable solutions
• Experience collaborating with engineering, data science, and executive stakeholders
• Familiarity with GenAI concepts and responsible AI practices
