Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI Innovation Leader, Employee Benefits, to drive AI adoption within the practice.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a practice-specific AI roadmap aligned with enterprise strategy
Identify and prioritize impactful AI use cases for the practice
Lead practice-embedded builders and ensure integration of AI tools into core workflows

Required Qualifications, Training and Education

8+ years of experience in insurance brokerage, benefits consulting, or related fields
3+ years in a leadership, strategy, or innovation role
Experience in leading technology adoption or digital transformation initiatives
Hands-on experience with AI tools and prototyping
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
