AI Innovation Product Manager

Job Summary

To enhance Personal Financial Management experiences for Amex Card Members, the full-time salaried AI Innovation Product Manager will focus on integrating AI-powered interactions within partner channels, collaborating with internal and external teams to deliver secure and seamless financial services.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with engineering teams to apply evolving technologies for AI-facilitated financial management and account servicing experiences
• Collaborate with internal teams to prepare assets and capabilities for use within LLMs, defining schemas and access controls
• Balance customer and stakeholder needs to define product features, user stories, and roadmaps that enhance Card Members' financial management

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in product development/management or software engineering in AI, digital products, or financial services
• Strong knowledge of third-party integration technologies such as OAuth and SDKs
• Experience with financial management, account servicing, payments, or digital banking
• Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders effectively
• Curiosity and creativity in navigating a regulated financial-services environment
