AI Instructional Designer

Job Summary

To support innovative enterprise AI initiatives, the remote AI Instructional Designer will design and deliver learning programs, collaborate with program leads to create engaging content, and transform complex AI concepts into accessible learning modules.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver enterprise learning programs focused on AI and workflow innovation topics
• Collaborate with program leads and experience designers to develop engaging learning content
• Proactively suggest innovative learning formats such as micro-learning, demos, and job aids

Required qualifications

• Active daily use of AI tools like Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar in professional work
• Experience designing enterprise-scale learning solutions that are engaging and effective
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 Copilot, SharePoint, Articulate (Rise and/or Storyline), and LMS platforms like Udemy Business
• Ability to articulate personal AI usage and provide examples of co-designed learning experiences
