AI Integration Lead
Job Summary
Leading the organization's strategy for AI integration, the full-time AI Integration Lead will design and conduct rigorous evaluations of AI tools, build and deploy effective workflows, and collaborate with teams to enhance operational efficiency in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own the strategy for AI utilization across the organization, proposing and prioritizing investments
- Design and execute evaluations to measure the impact of AI tools on quality, speed, and reliability of work
- Build prototypes and collaborate with teams to identify high-value use cases and integrate successful AI solutions into daily operations
Required qualifications
- Strong background in research methodology and evaluation design
- Hands-on experience with modern AI tools and coding, including building plugins and integrations
- Familiarity with effective altruism principles and relevant research domains
- Ability to work independently in a fast-evolving remote environment
- Experience in AI enablement or applied AI/ML is a plus
