AI Integration Specialist

Job Summary

To enhance customer engagement, the contract-based AI Integration Specialist will implement grounding techniques and orchestrate Large Language Models to manage unstructured queries remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Implement grounding techniques and orchestrate Large Language Models within the Customer Engagement Suite
• Develop and optimize AI and agent architecture, focusing on prompt engineering and agent skills
• Conduct testing and validation of agents using automated evaluation frameworks

Required qualifications

• Deep understanding of Natural Language Understanding (NLU) and experience with Vertex AI or similar frameworks
• Proficiency in Python, APIs, and JSON
• Experience with advanced RAG and context optimization strategies
• Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and its services
• Knowledge of agentic coding and building techniques
