AI Integration Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting ongoing AI and legal technology initiatives, the part-time project-based AI Integration Specialist will work remotely, collaborating with the legal team to enhance AI-driven workflows and assist with testing and quality assurance for legal tools.

Key responsibilities:

• Support ongoing AI and legal technology initiatives within the legal department
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide feedback on functionality and usability
• Collaborate with legal and business stakeholders to identify workflow improvements and optimization opportunities

Required qualifications:

• Background in computer science, technology, legal operations, or a related field
• Understanding of legal department workflows and processes
• Experience supporting or testing software implementations, integrations, or workflow tools
• Experience with AI tools, legal technology, or contract management platforms is highly preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
