AI Integration Strategist

Job Summary

To provide strategic support in developing and executing a federal agency's artificial intelligence roadmap, the full-time AI Integration Strategist will conduct research, develop frameworks, and collaborate with stakeholders to align AI initiatives with organizational objectives, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and support execution of enterprise AI/ML strategies and roadmaps aligned to organizational objectives and federal agency priorities
• Conduct strategic research and analysis on AI/ML technologies and market trends to inform investment and implementation decisions
• Collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies and communications

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in strategic consulting or corporate strategy
• 2+ years of experience with AI/ML strategy, digital transformation, or healthcare technology implementation
• 2+ years of experience applying human-centered design to AI product development and change management
• 3+ years of experience developing KPI frameworks for AI initiatives, including ROI and adoption metrics
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
