AI Knowledge Engineer

Job Summary

To support scalable AI capabilities, the full-time remote AI Knowledge Engineer will manage the creation and maintenance of a centralized knowledge base, ensuring that institutional knowledge is preserved and optimized for AI-driven applications.

Key responsibilities

• Audit and consolidate knowledge assets to enhance accessibility and reduce fragmentation
• Define and maintain taxonomy and classification standards for improved content governance
• Optimize knowledge assets for search and retrieval to enhance AI performance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Knowledge Management, Information Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• 5-8 years of experience in knowledge management, content architecture, or related disciplines
• Strong ability to structure content for AI-supported workflows
• Experience in capturing institutional knowledge and developing reusable documentation
• Familiarity with AI ecosystems and their knowledge requirements is preferred
