Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in business transformation, product strategy, or technical operations
• Proven success in leading cross-functional initiatives that innovate systems or workflows
• Strong technical literacy with AI tools and automation platforms
• Bachelor's degree in a technical or quantitative field; MBA is a plus
• Familiarity with data architecture and AI-driven enablement initiatives is preferred
