Job Summary

AI Lead for Business Transformation is a full-time role focused on partnering with senior leaders to design and implement AI-driven processes and systems that enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and co-create AI-first processes and systems to address current operational pain points
• Lead the development of proof-of-concept projects and translate findings into scalable frameworks
• Advise senior leadership on aligning AI capabilities with business priorities and champion cultural change

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in business transformation, product strategy, or technical operations
• Proven success in leading cross-functional initiatives that reimagine systems or workflows
• Strong technical literacy with AI tools and automation platforms
• Bachelor's degree in a technical or quantitative field; MBA is a plus
• Familiarity with data architecture and integration principles in AI-driven environments is preferred
