AI Lead for Business Transformation

Job Summary

To drive organizational transformation, the full-time remote Agentic AI Lead for Business Transformation will partner with senior leaders to design AI-first processes, shape the operating model, and deliver measurable outcomes through innovative projects.

Key responsibilities

• Design and co-create AI-powered processes and systems by diagnosing current pain points with senior leaders
• Define the integration of autonomous tools and human judgment into decision-making to shape the agentic operating model
• Lead proof-of-concepts and translate learnings into scalable frameworks applicable across functions

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in business transformation, product strategy, or technical operations in high-growth environments
• Proven success in leading cross-functional initiatives that reimagine systems or workflows
• Strong technical literacy with AI tools and automation platforms
• Bachelor's degree in a technical or quantitative field; MBA is a plus
• Familiarity with data architecture and enablement initiatives in AI-driven environments is preferred
