AI Lead - Platform Intelligence

Job Summary

To drive AI strategy and platform intelligence, the remote AI Lead - Platform Intelligence will manage the evaluation of AI advancements, oversee model usage and lifecycle management, and design semantic routing layers while collaborating with engineering and product teams.

Key responsibilities

• Continuously track and evaluate advancements in LLMs and AI frameworks, translating trends into platform design principles
• Own the strategy for model selection and lifecycle management, establishing best practices for prompt design and structured outputs
• Design and evolve the platform's semantic routing layer, ensuring transparent and testable routing logic for AI decision-making

Required qualifications

• Strong experience with AI strategy, platform intelligence, and applied AI solutions
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, foundation models, and model lifecycle management
• Experience designing and implementing agent architectures and orchestration frameworks
• Strong understanding of RAG architecture, retrieval strategies, and context management
• Proven ability to translate emerging AI technologies into enterprise-scale platform capabilities
