Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of AI Academy initiatives and scalable learning pathways
• Set strategic direction for AI learning and advise on innovative uses of AI in learning design
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and translate strategy into actionable learning solutions

Required Qualifications

• Strong consulting background within large, complex organizations
• Proven experience in learning strategy, design, and capability building
• Hands-on involvement with AI education or digital learning innovation
• Experience scaling learning across enterprise environments
• Familiarity with AI-enabled learning tools and platforms is a plus
