Job Summary

To support the expansion of AI learning initiatives, the part-time AI Learning Content Developer will design and author practical AI content for legal and compliance professionals, focusing on hands-on workshops and real-world exercises while collaborating remotely with Learning Experience Designers.

Key responsibilities

• Design and author practical AI learning content tailored for legal and compliance professionals
• Create hands-on workshops, case studies, and reusable learning assets
• Ensure legal accuracy and responsible AI practices across all content developed

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as Legal Counsel, Corporate Lawyer, Compliance Officer, or in a similar in-house role
• Hands-on experience with generative AI tools in legal or compliance workflows
• Strong understanding of legal document management and compliance processes
• Experience creating practical frameworks or documentation that enhance legal team efficiency
• Professional fluency in English
