Key Responsibilities

• Develop a scalable enterprise AI learning and enablement strategy aligned with business goals
• Create role-based learning pathways using internal and external content
• Launch internal certification programs and measure learning adoption and business impact

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in learning & development or a similar field
• Proven success in building and launching learning programs in tech-forward environments
• Experience with enterprise learning platforms and certification programs
• Strong project management skills
• Demonstrated understanding of AI products and platforms
