AI Learning Experience Designer

Job Summary

Seeking a senior AI Learning Experience Designer, the full-time remote position will partner with enterprise clients to create interactive learning solutions, utilizing hands-on UX/UI design and AI prototyping skills.

Key responsibilities:

• Act as a trusted learning consultant, collaborating with clients from discovery to delivery while applying adult learning principles
• Build wireframes and functional prototypes in real-time during client sessions, iterating rapidly to validate concepts
• Design comprehensive learning journeys and interfaces across various modalities, focusing on experience-led solutions and AI-immersive experiences

Required qualifications:

• 7 to 10 years of professional experience, with at least 5+ years in training and development or learning experience design
• Proven ability to establish high-level learning strategies and craft instructional frameworks for complex business challenges
• Strong foundational skills in UI building, user research, and usability testing
• Direct experience with AI coding/prototyping tools and generative AI workflows
• Demonstrated capability to facilitate real-time client interactions and prototype concepts during meetings
