AI Learning Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI Learning & Enablement Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and deliver the enterprise AI learning strategy in collaboration with the Head of AI and business leaders
• Design and facilitate engaging learning experiences to enhance AI understanding across the organization
• Lead live demos and workshops on AI tools and support teams in implementing AI solutions

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Learning & Development, enablement, or instructional design
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with AI tools, including generative AI and LLMs
• Proven success in leading engaging learning sessions for diverse audiences
• Experience in building scalable learning programs that drive behavior change
• Familiarity with prompt engineering and AI use case development
