AI Learning Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI Online Learning Lead (Fixed-term/Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the exploration and implementation of AI tools to enhance learner and instructor experiences
• Design and conduct AI learning experiments to assess effectiveness and scalability of AI-supported interventions
• Contribute to the development of a centralized AI Learning Layer, ensuring curriculum content is structured and AI-ready

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum 5 years' experience in online or blended learning design and delivery
• Minimum 5 years' experience implementing digital learning tools across multiple countries
• 1-2 years' exposure to AI tools or AI-enabled workflows
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Availability to work hours overlapping with CET by at least 4 hours
