AI Learning Solutions Developer

Job Summary

Designing and building AI-powered learning tools, the full-time AI Learning Solutions Developer will create automations and solutions that address performance gaps while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build AI-powered learning tools using LLM APIs and no/low-code platforms
• Translate identified performance gaps into working prototypes and iterate them into production
• Automate repetitive learning and development workflows through AI and integrations

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in L&D, EdTech, HR Tech, or related fields with a tech or product execution focus
• Experience building tools with AI, including LLM APIs and prompt engineering
• Proficiency with automation or no-code platforms such as Pipefy or Notion
• Data fluency, including dashboard creation and interpreting usage metrics
• Advanced proficiency in English
