AI Learning Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI Learning Strategist to define and implement AI-native learning experiences in a remote opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Define AI-native learning methodology and translate learning science principles into practical frameworks
• Create documentation and exemplar experiences demonstrating AI-native learning principles
• Measure outcomes and analyze learner performance data to refine methodologies based on feedback and research

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of proven work experience as an instructional designer
• Hands-on experience with AI-enabled learning systems and personalized learning paths
• Experience designing end-to-end learning ecosystems
• Experience building frameworks and standards beyond just course design
• An experimentation and data-driven approach to learning outcomes
