AI Learning Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing managed service practice, the contract AI Learning Specialist will design, develop, and deliver scalable AI curriculum and training programs remotely, focusing on enabling end users and developers to effectively utilize AI tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable AI learning programs, curriculum, and training materials
• Deliver engaging workshops, training sessions, office hours, and hands-on enablement experiences
• Create learning assets such as prompt libraries, job aids, playbooks, guides, assessments, and LMS-based learning content

Required Qualifications

• Strong instructional design and course development experience
• Hands-on experience using AI tools in a professional setting
• Experience with enterprise technology platforms and change management
• Ability to translate complex AI concepts into accessible learning experiences
• Familiarity with AI productivity workflows and emerging AI technologies
