Job Summary
Leading enterprise-wide AI literacy initiatives, the full-time AI Literacy Manager will manage program delivery, develop training, and enhance AI fluency among employees remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver AI literacy initiatives, focusing on certification programs and large-scale social learning events
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement AI literacy programs adhering to enterprise guidelines and responsible AI policies
- Develop and execute tailored education programs to build AI fluency, ensuring effective integration of AI into business processes
Required qualifications
- Doctorate degree with 5 years or Master's degree with 8 years of AI or technology education or Go-to-Market experience
- 5+ years of experience leading large-scale AI or technology transformation programs in complex environments
- Proven track record in executing successful learning and development or Go-to-Market technology programs
- Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience managing cross-functional teams for technical education programs and initiatives
