AI Machine Learning Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI Machine Learning Engineer to design and build AI Shopping Agents.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and build real-time agentic workflows for complex user tasks and queries
• Own the end-to-end data lifecycle for AI workflows, including database ingestion and indexing
• Design metrics to evaluate query results' relevance and performance

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in search, information retrieval, recommendation systems, applied machine learning, or NLP
• Proficient in Python, SQL, and big data stack for ML product development
• Strong understanding of Information Retrieval techniques and methodologies
• Direct experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and building autonomous agents is a plus
• Passion for delivering high-quality products and a self-motivated drive for ownership
